Work sheets document the religious conditions in these churches by surveying the value of church facilities, church finances, membership and attendance, activities, and growth. More specific topics include a description of church grounds and buildings, including the parsonage and any amenities such as a library or auditorium; the cost of operating the church; the demographics of the membership, including age and gender; and the types of Sunday School activities and number of participants.
